Welcome to Liberty Youth Football and Cheer. By accessing or using our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
The Service is provided for parents, guardians, coaches, volunteers, and administrators of Liberty Youth Football and Cheer to manage athlete registration, team communication, schedules, payments, and related organizational activities. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Registration and Payments
Registration fees, merchandise purchases, and donations are processed through Stripe. All payments are final unless otherwise stated by the organization. Refund requests must be directed to Liberty Youth Football and Cheer board members and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
User Content
You may upload photos and other content to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Liberty Youth Football and Cheer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service and for organizational promotional purposes. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Share or distribute other users' personal information without authorization
- Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials provided through the Service are the property of Liberty Youth Football and Cheer or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liberty Youth Football and Cheer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
