When you create an account or register an athlete, we collect:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Mailing address
- Athlete information (name, date of birth, grade, medical notes relevant to participation)
- Payment information (processed securely through Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers)
- Photos uploaded to team galleries
How We Use Your Information
- To manage athlete registration and team assignments
- To communicate schedules, announcements, and organization updates
- To process registration fees, donations, and merchandise purchases
- To coordinate volunteer opportunities
- To send push notifications and emails you have opted in to receive
Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:
- Coaches and board members — to manage teams, rosters, and communication
- Stripe — to process payments securely
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — to send transactional emails
- Supabase — to host and store application data

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
Push Notifications
We may send push notifications for schedule changes, announcements, and other time-sensitive updates. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or within the app.
Children's Privacy
Our Service is intended for use by parents and guardians to manage their children's participation. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. All athlete information is provided by a parent or legal guardian during registration.

You may request to view, update, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us. You can also update your profile and notification preferences directly within the app.
